Tier 1 support team will the acknowledge receipt of the
ticket & start the resolution process.
Tier 1 support team will the acknowledge receipt of the
ticket & start the resolution process.
Tier 2 contact at Client side.
Tier2 support personal (Client side) would be responsible
for closing Zen Desk and remedy ticket.
Tier 1 would then copy/paste this ticket content by
creating a new ticket in the Zen Desk ticketing tool (Client's tool) and assign
it to Tier2 support group.
If Tier 1 can resolve the ticket, then would respond
(English/Spanish/Portuguese) and close the ticket else escalate to Tier 2
contact at Client side.
