®   How to raise Debit Memo and Credit Memo in SAP.

®   Should have worked on Cash applications/allocation in SAP.

®   Understanding of treatment of unidentified incoming payments.

®   Should be able to work under unpredictable circumstances.

®   Knowledge of medical record practices, ICD-9 and CPT coding systems, medical terminology to understand diagnoses and procedures.

®   Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and disease process, operative and laboratory reports and related medical documents.

®  Good Knowledge in Basic Math functions.

®  Good Communication, Analytical skills & aptitude skills.

®  Detail understanding of general insurance process.
